deleting 2nd column, i want to delete the 2nd column in skin Options

i got a new skin here, but i dunt want the 2nd column....pls tell me what to get rid of...thanx..

But, like, isn't the second colum on the image?
You'd have to edit the entire image to get rid of it, and that could get messy.
