You use an animating program like Adobe ImageReady or Jasc Animation Shop. Each frame is like a part of the animation. Like if for instance you would want 'Angel' blinking blue. In one frame you could make it blank and in the other frame you can make the word 'Angel' in blue.
You can download free trial versions of these programs at http://www.download.com (though they usually come with a program like Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop) |
