My Ex Michael, is always bugging me. I have tried telling him nicely that I do not want to talk to him anymore. We always have fights over the stupidest things. And then we stop talking. But then about 2 weeks later... he comes back to me. Could it be that when we stop talking, he finds someone else, and then once they leave him or he leaves the other girl, he tries to come running back to me like i am his back up? I have no clue... Plz.. help...

Okay, so you know you have to tell him off, but you definitely now have to tell him off AND smear chocolate ice cream on him.
