My computer worked fine on Saturday, but on Sunday, it went crazy -____- I turn it on and it suddenlly shut down

ok one thing i didnt see posted is alot of times virus get into your system restore so turn system restore off that helps alot too and do your self a favor go into your firewall and close all your ports but keep your internet or anything you use and close off your p2p port untill you use it thats the reason computers tend to break down ppl have alllllllll these ports open for hackers to get in to or ppl downloading software they need and they get spyware :) dont get me wrong i have a p2p but i keep as much ports closed as posible :)
