xanga pisses me off, and i feel bad lol Options

when i first got xanga i thought it would be neat to have premium so i got got it and i used my bfs credit card. it was okay but i decided it really wasnt worth it so i decided to wait till it expired and it never did i was like "WEIRD" then my bf comes up to me and tells me they charged him again and that the ammount trippled because he had no money lol so i went back to my site and read the fine print and realised it automatically charges again....they seriously need to get rid of that. any way i was like sorry and i canceled it and after not even a month of having the premium again xanga said they would send his money back (keep in mind this was last month) and they have not sent it yet even though they said they did AND they charged him again for THIS month for it!!!....this is bs!...ah ok im done ranting. has this ever happened to you guys on xanga....we've sent yet another angry letter and hope to get a response soon -_-'

I went premium because I like xanga and I wanted to support them instead of free riding.

I pay for my continuation even before they automatically charge me, but I was fully aware of this. You should read everything carefully before agreeing to online payments.

I'm almost positive that Xanga didn't triple the fee. It's because your BF did not have money in his account and he was charged the overdraft fee by his bank/credit card institution.
