What's the most violent thing you've actually done? I'm not talking about you thinking of doing it, but actually have done it already?

I stabbed my maid when i was young......she wasnt bleeding or anything. it more like i made a dent with a pen. I was mad, angry, furios at that moment! But i was sorry when i understood what sorry meant.
