okay, I just need a little support. I posted a topic about losing weight fast and congrats to me I have lost 4 lbs. in 3 days!!!! Does anyone have any advice?

yeah ddr rocks...good cardio excercise haha thats what i use! but (not that anyone cares...) i just recently have been watching what i eat more and excercising. not to lose weight really, just to be healther and more toned.
i started around august 7 and i'm on my 7th week (yes i've been keeping track) and all i did was cut out really fatty foods, no fast food (even before aug.7 so i haven't had any mcdonalds or anything since the end of school last year), no pop whenever possible, and more salads but otherwise keeping my diet the same, then excercising (cardio) 3-4 days a week for 20-30 minutes and then on the off days of those i do 10 min cardio and crunches and light weights (like, 5 lbs. haha) and its amazing the results. i've finally lost all my damn baby fat, i lost 10 lbs. in the last month and a half (no i'm not unhealthily skinny now, just more toned i guess) and yeah! its great. i feel better and look better. i just finally got disciplined enough to do it. hope that gives some people some help/encouragement. if you want to lose weight/get more fit then you just have to work! ![]() |
