<style type="css/text">
BODY {
scrollbar-face-color: #585A5A;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #FFFFFF;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #585A5A;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #585A5A;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #585A5A;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #EEDAE9;
scrollbar-track-color: #585A5A;
}
body, td, p, font {
color: #FFFFFF;
font-family: Lucida Console
font-size: 10pt;
line-height: 13px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}
a:VISITED {
color: #FFFFFF;
text-decoration: none;
font-style: normal;
font-family: Lucida Console
font-size: 10pt;
text-transform: uppercase;
cursor: hand;
}
a:LINK {
color: #FFFFFF;
text-decoration: none;
font-style: normal;
font-family: Lucida Console
font-size: 10pt;
text-transform: uppercase;
cursor: hand;
}
a:HOVER {
color: #FFFFFF;
font-style: normal;
text-decoration: none;
font-family: Lucida Console
font-size: 10pt;
text-transform: uppercase;
cursor: hand;
}
</style>

you can use that as a template, and make whetever changes necessary
