okay, I just need a little support. I posted a topic about losing weight fast and congrats to me I have lost 4 lbs. in 3 days!!!! Does anyone have any advice?

I LOVE CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD! Hhaha okay well anwyays you know, back in freshman + begining half of sophmore year, I used to eat alot of ceasar salads and I often ate vegetables or something, and soup and stuff. I tried to not eat as much meat. ANd I never gained any weight. In fact, sometimes I lost like a pound or two, but then would regain it haha.
But then now I eat alot of meat and all this other junk food and Now I'm 5-7 lbs. more than I used to be ![]() So yea, if you cut down on food, but try to eat food that is filling, it does help. My friend went from a size 9 to a size 6 I think. And she would eat healthy food that was filling, rather than junk food. So that's good that you lost 4 lbs.! Wow, in 3 day! Damn, I gained that 5-7 lbs. in 2 days ![]() Congratulations =D |
