Omgsh My ex. said that she wants to have sex with someone...shes only 12...Yesh... very young... I've known her for 3 years? yeah and I just figured this out..

You can always make up lies. I mean she's 12. She won't know the difference!
Tell her she can get AIDS, pregnant, STDs, and all that other stuff. It's not a fun thing and ask her if that's what she wants to live with for the rest of her life. Dropping out of school with a big belly? Not a pretty picture.
