Depression, what makes u depressed? |

What makes you depressed and how do you deal with that depression? People often try funny things and i just wanna see what the cB people do... For me, it just depends on what happens...

My mother always makes me depressed, she is always putting me down and treating me like I am scum. and recently the fact that my ex-boyfriend(we were going out for 8 months) and my first love wont even make eye contact with me. and he hates me more than anything.
its hard for me to work my way out of depression. normally i just write a lot of poetry, focus my emotion into either dance or art and just let it pass hopefully without doing anything too drastic. It doesn't always work out that way though |
