Depression, what makes u depressed? |

What makes you depressed and how do you deal with that depression? People often try funny things and i just wanna see what the cB people do... For me, it just depends on what happens...

depressed hmm well i havent really gotten depressed ina while. but i was really bad a couple months ago because i was loosing alot of people in my life to bad habits and such and i was worried about them and basically cared more about them then i cared about myself. i cut to solve the problem a couple times and it didnt really solve them.. but i think i thought it helped now i know it didnt.. but it didnt leave scars so i can't say i regret it. other ways i've dealt with it is just crying my heart out to my pillow or my dog.
