Depression, what makes u depressed? |

What makes you depressed and how do you deal with that depression? People often try funny things and i just wanna see what the cB people do... For me, it just depends on what happens...

I mostly get depressed when I am unhappy with my situation. I can get real deep into it sometimes. So what I usually do is either hop the bus out to the beach or in town. I just go and enjoy the world. I try to take in everything from the scenery to the people. Getting out helps to make things better. Sometimes I take the car, but I like the bus. And I write. That helps ALOT.
