What makes you depressed and how do you deal with that depression? People often try funny things and i just wanna see what the cB people do... For me, it just depends on what happens...

What gets me depressed?
Among a number of things, Watching my whole life fall apart around me. That's never fun.  How do I deal with it? Face reality, try to look at the whole picture and work the problem out to the best of my ability. Sometimes I wallow first though. I think everyone does. |
