The article
The site Here's yet another attempt to stear this forum away from religion... Okay, not really. This has to do with morality and people seem to think the two go hand in hand. So anyway, do you think that PETA is making a big fuss over nothing, or PETA is absolutely awesome in their crusade to give a helping hand to mistreated fowls? (Debeaking is one of the most horrible thing I've ever seen) |

Okay. I just saw the video, and I think that the process is cruel. Peta shouldn't be promoting vegetarianism or veganism, they should be working to stop the process that's going on currently. How many people in the world eat meat daily? How many are vegetarians or vegans? By changing the process in which they are raised and slaughtered, PETA would be satisfied and the rest of the world has their meat, instead of a few just going without meat. I mean, if you become vegetarian - it's not going to stop the cow or chicken from being killed. Chickens beaks are still going to be clipped off, pigs are still going to be beat against the floor. I think PETA needs more intelligent people behind their campaign.
