Whats the difference between hip-hop and rap? arent they the same thing?? why are they different??

I think rap is a genre of music, and hip hop is a way of life.
I think some people made this point, though.  Watching 'Scratch' might help you. Also if you want to learn more about DJ's and whatnot. |
