i juss wanna no cause every 1 keeps calling me a major prep and wen i ask them they say its me...wut iz it!!!
 AND NO>>DONT TELL ME ITS SOME! PREPPY!!!!  ..and iz it good 2 be preppy??...or wut about really preppy??...all mi friends think im da rich girl u no?? i kan aford anything and i dress in tha expensive clothes and designer bags u no?? but i kinda wear like american eagle..tight stuff like shirts that show me abs lol (dont relly have any abs though lol)..nd like i wear makeup and stuff...u no tha tight track suits that show off ur body that r like 100$ 4 a pair of pants and 100$ 4 da jacket... iz that preppy??  technically im the popular cheerleader...nice clothes great bf big house u no...im all dat but the bitchyness...i have so many friends and evry1 like me...im popular..the good kind...so does that coun as preppy

The word "prep" most likely originated from the word "prepatory", as in prepatory schools. The plaid skirts, polo shirts, white socks up to the knee, the whole deal. But I think that nowadays, people use the term "prep" for the snobby, so called "popular" people of their school. Or at least, that's what it means to me.
Y'know, how some people just dress to impress and are completely sucked into their social life, and suck up to people..? I dunno, that's how it goes for me.  You can dress to impress and all, just make sure you don't have the self-centered, b*tchy, air headed attitude to go with it.
