How do you girls maintain your weight/sexy bod!!... it doesnt matter if youre over 180lbs... pls be honest about it... because I know ALOT of girls who does "STARVATION DIET"... and I mean like skipping launches, eating only ONE meal a day... i mean i know its tough to lose weight, coz they are lazy to work out and stuff.... there are other healthy diets out there that u girls should try.. EAT EVERYDAY! drink lots of water!!
so u work out or what? |

When I was in 6th grade I weighed a lot more than I do now but about 3 years ago I started training for a triathlon, and I started losing weight and have kept losing weight ever since. I've lost about 40 pounds all together. I basically eat anything that I want but I only eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full. Most of the time we tend to run to the pantry or fridge if we are bored. If you eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are truly full, you probably will never have that much of a weight problem. |
