i'm a vegeterian and i know my parents don't like it even though they say it's fine and most of my friends don't like it either. any advice on what i should do?

The thing I hate about my friends and family who are vegetarians (some almost vegan) is the fact that they try to convert you too. So don't even bring up the subject. If you don't eat meat then it's fine, but there is really no point in telling everyone that you don't eat meat and how people who eat meat are killing innocent animals. Get what I'm saying?
