whos the best rapper out there in the U.S. that you think is good.
i think Kanye West has got some good talent of rapping. i luv his songs and his beat. i hate rap but i like kanye for some reason. so how bout yu?? |

Em will easily sh*t on Nas or Common... show me a verse that's doper than 313's verse by Nas or Common... Nas isn't even in the same category as Common or Em... Nas is one of the most overrated MC's of all time... KRS One's style is basic as f*ck compared to guys of today... he rhymed one syllable rhymes and if you actually listen to his metaphors, they're very VERY basic... at the time, it was brilliant and he is a legend, undoubtedly, but his style is too simplistic compared to MC's of today... I"m 19 and I lived through the so called Nas era... and you can look back to 94 with Illmatic but other than It Was Written, IMO, his albums are garbage... and his lyricism even in Illmatic is overrated... production and originality (at the time) got him the legend status on that album... compared to even conscious rappers of today, Nas lacks... Common, Talib, Pharoahe, and Mos Def ALL sh*t ON HIM EASILY.... guys like Copywrite, Crooked I, Eyedea, Planet Asia, JR Writer, Kool G Rap, Rakim, Royce da 5'9, Vakill, Juice, and a ton of others sh*t on Nas EASILY..... |
