QUOTE(Doctor Soul @ Sep 8 2004, 7:10 PM) So hard to choose one. I'll have to post my top 5. 1 Mos Def 2 Gift Of Gab 3 Kweli 4 Common 5 Chali 2na QUOTE Talib Kweli or Mos Def. QUOTE Mos Def or Common. 50 Cent?! LMAO. only respectable posts here... but ya'll ain't right either... Common is one of the greatest ever and Talib's my second favorite rapper and Mos is one of my top 10 favorite but Em's the best... then Copywrite, Pharoahe Monch and Crooked I... there's more but those are the top 4 lyrically and as a MC there were a few Eminem's but I think they're for the wrong reason so they're still not respectable... these are probably Eminem fans that never heard Infinite or 313, when he dropped on of the dopest verses EVER or understand why the lyricism in songs like 'Til I Collapse are so brilliant... anyway, as for: QUOTE Ludacris is the best rapper. Best Rap Group: Beastie Boys ignorance to another level... QUOTE not the best but his low voice sounds really cool so ill say Nate Dogg and Nate Dogg ain't even a rapper... he's a singer and he does hooks on hip hop songs... |
