Star Trek was more thought out and captivating. The weapons in the Star Trek Universe are even cooler. The concepts presented on the show and in the movies make the technological advancements of Star Wars look like as if nothing happened between the seventies and the time of Darth Vader.

QUOTE are you sure the shields would not just change to absorb the blast? Thats a good question.. Can the Borg's shields adapt to a super nova? I suppose it would take at least one to adapt to right? Meaning that if the neutron star was big enough a black hole would develop and suck up whatever's left.QUOTE Kirk could kick picard's ass. Not just physically, but mentally in chess. While thats probably true, Picard was still the better captain. And much more entertaining to watch.QUOTE After dodging the repelled phaser i would pull out my illegal disrupter and kill you and your light saber. I would suspect itd be very hard to dodge phaser fire, but say you did. Id just use my force pull to grab the disruptor from your hand. And then, wielding my lightsabre, continue to repel phaser fire until Ive come close enough to either render you unconscious or to cut you in half, no blood though, the wounds burn shut via the light beam. Heh.
