As a guy, I would suggest abortion (Just say NO to sex with pro-lifers!). Failing that, I would run away to France and join the Foreign Legion.
Eventually, I would desert my unit with a band of loyal followers and topple the governent of Mozambique. Then I can become Supreme Dictator of the country. As the Supreme Dictator of Mozambique, I would draft all the people with AIDS in the country (that's like half of them) into my Glorious Imperial Militia (GIM for short) and invade other countries.
