Last night at work my friend and I got into a fight with a couple of drunk jerk-offs from the upstairs bar.
We work in a restaurant and we were taking the boxes outside to throw away -- they started crap with Eric, and he got shoved. He went off on the guy and then his buddy came over and they started fighting him. When I saw what was going on I jumped in but I got tripped and my back got stepped on in a really akward position. After I broke the guy's face ![]() I've heard back problems can be recurring -- should I waste my time and money at the chiro or what? It's getting better... |

i'm pretty sure the post above should say "heating pad", not "eating pad"
try stretching it out (hamstring stretches where you bend your back and touch your toes). if you can move it fully, then there shouldn't be anything broken. but that doesn't mean you don't have a torn ligament or anything. if it still hurts after a week or so, or if you're in excruciating pain, then go see a doctor |
