sorry about the topic title...it should say, "my best friend's MOM hates me..." sorry!
okay. well on saturday, my friend and his mom got in a fight and at the end she was like you can't go over to Frankie's ((me)) house anymore. he was like why. she was like because i don't know what y'all are doing and i don't like him. she said that i was a bad person and that my family was bad. i don't think my best friend was supposed to tell but we are best friends so what do you expect? What should i do? i mean, should i just let it be and avoid my friend's mom and going over there? or should i confront her? (((it would be really easy to confront her because they live 2 houses down from me!  )))

i think you should confront her in a nice polite way. and if she doesn't change her mind, be determined. say something like "i WILL prove to you that we are doing nothing bad, because your son IS my best friend and i don't want to stop being friends with him just because you THINK we're doing something bad when we're not." and then say thank you for your time and leave.
