I've fallen in love with a girl
A girl halway across the world
As her eyes open to the new day
Mine have seen it through halfway
That is ok with me for now
I see her in my dreams anyhow
It is when I finally awaken
That my world is truely shaken
For in my arms is only air
In my dreams she was there
I wonder does she dream of me
Does she ponder on what could be
Am I that twinkle thats in her eye?
Does she count the hours go by?
Maybe one day I will find my answer
And she will truely be standing there
But till that day my words must do
Remember sweet Im thinking of you
