Alright, we both start showers out the same way, right? A quick turn of both of those hot and cold things to get a nice stream going, then some adjusting to reach the ideal temperature.
So, which do you adjust to get the right temperature? I adjust the cold one, and leave the hot one alone.

I pretty much go with around warm but not too hot nor not too cold, but I also try to conserve some water...
 I know I'm sounding like a tree hugging hippy now...
