putting blogs in a certain area, .... ? Options

uhh.. i``m going to explain this the best i can . how do you put blogs and words in a certain area on your page ? for example , take this skin by 2nekked . how do you put it like in the bottom right corner ? o_O am i making any sense ? if you understand and know the answer , please help .
