Sooo CB decided to bleep out some of my favorite words and insted of just bleeping out one letter, they change the words to the gayest things: examples- b*tch is now "female dog," "sh!t" is now "****," @sshole is now "A-Hole." Okay. First off, i am extremely opposed to the omission of the word B!TCH. It is allowed on all PG-13 movies, and not only that, but allowed on TV. If it offends whoever made these censors, too bad, but unless the little kids who are on CB are offended by watching everyday TV, this particular censor is ridiculous. Now seriously, if you want to make CB a family safe environment that's cool and all, but they're going to start becoming the main consensus of CB and you're probably going to lose the older kids. Not that you find anything wrong with this, but if you guys (the ones who invented or applied this wonderful censor) enjoy seeing forums made by 9 year olds and enjoy conversing with them, be my guest, but count me out. You're all trying to make cb rated G- G for GAY.

I don't really like the censnorship either. What are we trying to hide? Kids are going to hear 'fudge' and others['bad' words] in real life, not just from the internet. There is no point trying to hide it from people. They will hear it sooner or later, from the media or not. QUOTE yes cb is becoming childish and it's kind of embarassing that i post here. personally I'M embarassed. what kind of site bleeps out the word B I T C H??? Agree. "so then leave?" seriously get the sticks out of your arses. we're just bringing up a point. I also agree. We saying a opinion and I post here if I want to. I don't think there be ANY censorship. As I said before, why hide them? They will hear them. It's not new. Lets try to make this board look a little more mature, kthnx. Besides, it just looks stupid. |
