I was thinking about it, and I find it weird that humans are the only species that drink milk that comes from other animals. I mean, would any of you drink the milk from some random woman? It's pretty gross/immoral really when you think about it. A cow's milk is for her calves, just as a woman's milk is for her children, right? I drink milk, but I am going to try soy milk. I don't know...what do all of you think? Please no vegan/vegetarian bashing...

i used to drink milk like water then i stopped cuz i found out how much fat is in it so i cut down on fat cuz im tryin to get a 6 pack...i switched to the low fat milk with like %2 fat and its not the same so i stopped drinking milk
theres also other ways to get calcium like sardines in oil, it gives u more calcium than milk would |
