How can I write a link so when I hover over that link, words will appear?
For images, you use the "alt."
<img src="http://website.com/beach.jpg" alt="beach">
I'm writing
<a href="aim:goim?screenname=myscreenname">IM me!</a>
What I'm trying to do is let people see me AIM screen name while they hover over that link.

no &lt; and &gt; on CB? WEAK!

Crap, I confused myself. What I meant was to hover one word and have an alt.
I think you can do it with WWW and HTML as a <abbr> or something
