If a cow eats another cow.. would the beef be.. beefier?

cows do eat other cows its just that they dont know it. when a cow dies and they take all the good meat off of it then the rest is grinded up and mixed in with there feed...at least thats what they do in the winter time cause they can't exactly go out and graze the grass when theres snow outside.
