Okay, I have a new boyfriend and he's a really great guy. Everything is going really well except whenever I'm with him and I'm quiet for more than 10 seconds he says "What's the matter?". It's driving me nuts. I'm not sure how to take it...if I really act like something is the matter or if he's just nervous. Has anybody ever had anything like this happen?

oh come on, having a sensitive boyfriend (not oversensitive cause i suppose from the facts you've given he's not)
