do any of the ads sellin the ab stuff work? i know most of them dont, but i heard someone say 6 sec abs actually works...just curious

eh i don't like those ab machines but the ones where you sit on it and you move and twist looks like it works, but looks sometimes don't mean nothign. you could see those people in the before and after pictures sucking in there stomachs.
