my friend has really liked this guy since third grade and we're now in the 9th grade. she really wants him to ask her out...but always has had the feeling that he hates her when really..he doesnt. recently they have become better friends. they have the same interests..and its obvious that they're made for each other. what can she do to get him to notice her? should she ask him out?

ask him out if she really likes him, shes not going to wait another 6 years for him to ask her out right?
