put a little of both into it, if you show has no power then it dead in competitions.
for the show: start off with rims (because there noticiable), then move on to the body kit. after that the spoil (any). sound sytem (up to you). and the rest is up to you An engine is basically an air pump. Air comes into the engine, its mixed with fuel and the mixture is ignited. the explosion from the mixture forces the pistions down resulting the gases to come out of the exaust. Meaning that you car MOVES horsepower: start off with an exuast system. (about $600) i recommend greddy. it gives your car some balls, plus the aggresssive sound. then a cold air intake system from AEM. colder air means more oxygen meaning more air into the engine. (cold air system about $400, cold air intake pipe alone about $189). from there you go to handling mods like slotted brake rotor. and you could choose adjustable coilover kits or lowering springs kits for you handling, helps on turns. theres endless possible mods you could do, its up to you where you want to go with you car as long as you got the money for the parts. you could do a skyline conversion with the legend too if you wanted too. note: test your car out on a dyno first to see how you car. then do you modifications. its better that way since you'll see the improvement you car did with the mods. |
