ddr is a great work out haha..but yea stop tryin to think of shortcuts haha...... if ur really skinny like annerexic skinny haha...i dont think u need to run alot.... just eat more protiene and workout the areas u'de like to be more "muscular" ....
if u got anymore questions...just go on muscleandfitness.com 's forum section / club muscle section and post a question, be specific about height weight, workout routine,what u usually eat and other stuff that would be helpful so people there can give u great answers |
