do any of the ads sellin the ab stuff work? i know most of them dont, but i heard someone say 6 sec abs actually works...just curious

thats because they are paid actors / models who have a nice body.... if you really want hard rock abs that ur stomache is flat but ur abs are musclar.... u have to be lean... have a strict diet and good workout routine..... to get abs like u see on tv, u need to be 8% percent body fat or lower.... and doing that takes alot of commitment..
so yea...if u dont got commitment dont even think u can be like people u see on tv or at the beach ;/ |
