do any of the ads sellin the ab stuff work? i know most of them dont, but i heard someone say 6 sec abs actually works...just curious

one...i have no commintment in anything no matter how hard i try...two...have any of you noticed that the guys n grls on those ads dont have real abs, i mean if u look at ppl who train by runnign n sit ups n all there's are super defined, while the ppl who claim the machine works it looks like they just flat n bumpy o,o
