ab machines dont work msot of the time.... because ur not giving alot of concentration on ur abs....its like taking a shortcut..... Dont take short cuts haha... just do sip ups,pull ups,crunches,leg lifts,butt ups,scissor kicks and all the ab workouts.... why waste money on something that barely works when u can just devote ur time to a more affective method when its free
