do any of the ads sellin the ab stuff work? i know most of them dont, but i heard someone say 6 sec abs actually works...just curious

ooo cause fer some reason my body is seriously weird cause at first, i had a natural four pack for some reason, then it went away and i worked out n i got it back, but after working out for ahilwe it went away n i was all the hell with it n atebad food again n poof, it came back n im just all confused now, so im attempting to make the 4 pac bigger n all n i was just wonderin which one works... n thanks for the feedback ^_^
