being ignored by boys, why? Options

I don't want to annoy the heck out of people, but I have a question: Why doesn't any guy in my class like me (well at least no one that I know of)? I'm smart, I get good grades, I'm funny, I smile a lot, and I'm generally nice. Oh, and I'm Asian and I was new last year and I'm an immigrant from the Phils.. Almost all the other guys are white, and the girls who have boyfriends (including this new girl) are white. Do you think there's a little bit of racism here? Sure, so far, the guys in my class are generally nice to me, but I don't hear any word from my friends of someone liking me. And it's hard to tell if the guys are just being nice or if they like you. Or maybe their hormones haven't kicked in yet, after all I'm only in the sixth grade (hope I'm not too young for this forum). But what do you think?

Well, either some guy likes you but is a big chicken and is too afraid to ask you or no one in your class likes you. But just because no one in your class likes you isn't bad, there is zillions of guys outside of school. And in the case that no one in your class likes you, i don't think it is racism, they just aren't interested. If you like a particular someone at school, why not ask them out yourself? maybe they secretly like you..it's worth a risk, you know? And alot of guys in 6th grade aren't intrested in girls yet, they are preoccupied by sports and other 'manly' stuff like that. Don't worry about having a boyfriend yet, you've got your whole life ahead of you. Hope that helped...
