when you are on a page and there is like a box on it... and there is stuff in it... and when u click on a link in that box the stuff in the box changes but the stuff outside the box doesn't.... what is that called?

Yes, that is true. There's this thing, it's like div layers or something. I don't know how exactly to explain it, but I used it before for my asianavenue page and I tried it once with xanga. You change the style of the div layer and you put more div layers inside, each being link. It's sort of hard to describe. But if you're thinking about the eprops and such, since the layout STAYS the same and all that changes is the div layer, it APPEARS that ONLY the div changes, but inr eality, it does not. You get what I'm saying? I'm not really good at any html, but anything's possible, except IFRAMES. O_o"
