Ellipses are cool by me because I see it as making the typing more conversational... you continue a thought without stopping and it seems to flow more smoothly.
I guess you can think it is annoying... that is your right.

So as a person with the same right I will say...
I think it's useless when people voice their pet peeves at the hope of getting people, who do the very things that annoy the person, to stop. Since when was any single person bound by the rules of every single person around them.
I scratch my nose a lot, so get over it.
I talk fast, and that isn't going to change.
I like to voice my opinion, get used to it or get out of my face.
I use ellipses often, who gives a crap... no one is forcing you to read this.
[I thInK It Is AnNoYiNg WhEn] people type like that, but I have enough self-control and maturity to think "ok, that person is a complete tard" but at the same time I understand that they are not going to stop based on my opinion of what is or isn't cool. They have as much right to type like a doofus as much as you have the right to speak your mind. But don't expect them to quit.
Political Protestors are the perfect example in the real world. 95% of them are complete morons, have no logical understanding of how the world operates, are biased beyond reconciliation and only hear what they want to hear. So I can think of all of this but I'm not going to waste my time telling them how stupid they look and sound and no matter how often they protest, nothing is going to change in their favor because of it... because I realize they are going to do what they are going to do despite my feelings about it.

sorry for the long post... but I guess if you have a problem with it, no one forced you to read it; I said what I wanted to say and if you are annoyed, freaking get over it.
