my friend has really liked this guy since third grade and we're now in the 9th grade. she really wants him to ask her out...but always has had the feeling that he hates her when really..he doesnt. recently they have become better friends. they have the same interests..and its obvious that they're made for each other. what can she do to get him to notice her? should she ask him out?

tell her to get over him, its been what? 6 years? if he hasn't asked her out by now, he probably doesn't like her that way, she needs to move on and find another guy
