Hey I have a few extra pounds i wanna drop soon.. lol anyone have any good exercise tips for me? Which works best for the buttox? Butt crunches? leg kicks... idk help me guys!! lol If you have any good ones please discribe them clearly so I could try them. thanks

I don't know if this would help you out any, but whenever I eat sweets like ice cream or chips, or have a soda or anything, I do 50 crunches for whatever I eat. The faster you do them, the more it helps your stomach. And even going for about a 15 minute run every day will definantly help you loose some lbs.
Hope this helps. And if your thinking I'm crazy for 50 crunches, sometimes I get up to 300. ugh. But truthfully, it's not as hard as it sounds, take a break between every 100 or so. it helps. <3 X3 <3 -xoxo- <3 X3 <3 |
