What are some good dumbell/bodyweight exercises to get in shape? Like... the ones that actually give you some visible results? Thanks.

well Wrestling seasons is commin up n yea... im gunna have lots of conditioning for Wrestling PE n stuff.. n im just wondering.. how do i lose weight n become stronger??
![]() well im hearing from every wrestler that in 6th period Wrestling PE (Varsity Practice, Im doing that this year) that they lose like at least 5 lbs a day... 5 lbs mostly of body water... i was thining.. if its mostly water... once i drink water or any liquid.. will i gain wat i lost? i wanna be like 112-119 or if i can.. prolly 105 heh... n i wanna still be benching as much as i do now cuz.. i wanna be benching 155lbs n squat 290lbs in the school year n be that light.. JW is that posible? cuz one of our wrestlers that is like 103lbs.. he maxxed out bench at 150... wow... JW.. can i do the same? |
