2 hours a day, 6 days a week
75 wall jumps 150 half-crunches Sit against the wall for about 2 minutes...(trust me this is hard) 40 push ups 50 3 step slides Running 3 Figure 8's-1 w/slides, 1/ jumps, 1/sprinting 3 karaoke's Few other things, I play DDR sometimes to...I used to be good at it... ![]() |
