well im starting skool soon in like 5 days and well it starts at September 1st but like i need help or any tips on like going to bed at the rite time cuz i sleepr eally late and i need tips on likego to sleep like at 10 30 wut makes u guys fall asleep on time??

well if i dont feel tired... lets say i go to bed at 11... well ill juss be up watching tv around 10.. and then ill juss fall asleep!
