Well...I made another Naruto layout, and decided to follow some suggestions:
-No Swishmax abuse -Bring out the Photoshop -Don't use Flash to design the actual layout X_X So, you can say this is my first time using all-Photoshop, no Flash...still kinda new with the program, so don't criticize too harshly  . If you have any suggestions, tell me!

k, since it seems to be an unpopular skin
 , i added some...touches to it (clouds) and put some flash into it now...hope you guys are happy now? :D
